Are you looking to do something different for the whole family while simultaneously improving your fitness and exploring the great outdoors? Orienteering is a sport for all the family, for all ages and you don't have to be super-fit to compete. Be as competitive or as relaxed as you want, the idea is to have fun. Orienteering events tend to be every Sunday and you will explore the great outdoors in a way you never thought possible. | The South Wales Orienteering Club (SWOC) is an active friendly orienteering club
covering the former counties of Gwent, South Glamorgan, eastern Mid Glamorgan and southern Powys.
This is from Bridgend in the West, to Chepstow in the East and Brecon in the North taking in Cardiff and Newport.
